By attending a Senior Rock program in conjunction with Music for the Ages, Inc. and Rock 'n' Kids, Inc. participants agree that photographs and videos taken from the event may be used for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustrations, advertising and web content. Furthermore, participants agree that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to them by reason of such use.
